The Platform Experience role supports the firm’s investment management and reporting ecosystem by administering, maintaining, and enhancing the Addepar platform across user access, permissions, database configuration, reporting, and end-client support workflows.
This role is responsible for managing user onboarding and access controls, maintaining permission structures and role assignments, supporting platform data integrity, configuring core database elements, and assisting with report setup, output validation, and ongoing platform enhancements. The associate provides responsive support to internal users and end clients, troubleshoots platform questions, documents processes, and helps establish scalable governance practices for Addepar usage.
Working collaboratively with Product Management, Operations, Compliance, Advisory Teams, and vendor partners, the Platform Experience Associate delivers timely, accurate, and service-oriented platform support to improve operational efficiency, reporting reliability, and the overall experience for Home Office, Advisory Teams, clients, and family offices.

- Platform User Access & Role Permissions
- Database Configuration & Platform Data Maintenance
- End Client, Advisor & Internal User Support
- Input regarding Salesforce and other vendor integrations
- User provisioning, deactivation, access reviews, and permission updates
- Role-based access management and coordination with internal stakeholders on permission governance
- Database configuration, household/account structure maintenance, and data quality review
- Report templates, views, dashboards, and output configuration support
- Issue tracking, troubleshooting, escalation, and documentation of recurring platform workflows
- Provide consultative support for new Addepar implementations, migrations, user onboarding, and platform changes
- Identify opportunities to improve platform workflows, reporting standards, access controls, and database hygiene
- Support reporting data, validate report output, and respond to inquiries regarding Addepar configuration and functionality
- Partner with internal teams and Addepar support resources to resolve platform issues and document root causes
- Produce support materials and documentation for Learning Hub, internal resources, and end-user enablement
- Works in partnership with:

- Operations/Billing/Trading
- Transitions/Onboarding
- Advisory Teams
- Addepar and other relevant vendor partners
- Supports:
- Home Office
- Advisory Teams
- End Clients & Family Offices
- Internal platform users and support teams
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with Addepar preferred, but experience in similar platforms such as Black Diamond or Orion may be considered.
- 4+ years of professional experience in financial technology, or equivalent education/background in a related field, preferred.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated understanding of wealth management, portfolio reporting, investment operations, or related financial services workflows is preferred.
$100,000 - $120,000, based on experience
