Mid-level System Administrator (C4S RA) (Evening​/Night Shift

Our team in Pensacola, FL. has an immediate need for a mid-level Remote Sys Administrator with demonstrated experience providing general infrastructure support, including responding to and updating trouble calls; performing break-fix troubleshooting and analysis of problems; and performing repair activities in order to return equipment, systems or networks to normal operational status.

This is not a remote or work from home position. Employees are expected to be in the Pensacola office, daily during agreed upon shift.

Must be available for an evening or night shift

• Conduct troubleshooting and perform break/fix activities on shipboard IT networks using a satellite connection to connect, login, and conduct work
• Coordinate remote support needed with Stratas Corp Technician help desk and Remote Administration team, as well as shipboard crew, to ensure work performed is in line with contract priorities
• Gather data as needed and provide to Stratas Corp teams to respond to data calls
• Prepare and provide daily work reports

• Active Secret Clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Security+ or higher
• IAT Level II, such as the below, or higher:
  • CompTIA CySA+
  • SSCP
  • GSEC
  • CND
  • CCNA Security

The anticipated salary range for this role is $73,000 to $79,000 annually.

The anticipated salary range for this position is provided in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. The final starting salary will be determined based on a variety of job-related factors, including the selected candidate's qualifications, skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, and work location (where applicable), as well as internal equity and market considerations.
