Job Description & How to Apply Below

HYBE America is part of HYBE, a global leader at the intersection of music, entertainment, and technology. We represent some of the world’s most influential artists and continue to expand our creative and cultural impact across the Americas. At HYBE, we believe in the power of music and foster a culture built on Passion, Autonomy, and Trust.

Position Overview

As the Project Manager of HR Transformation & Special Projects, you will be the operational engine driving the execution of strategic change initiatives and organizational development across HYBE America. Reporting to the SVP of HR Transformation & Global Projects, you will focus heavily on program and project management, ensuring that large-scale implementations (such as our core HRIS and performance management systems) and operational improvements are delivered on time and effectively.

This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at tracking project milestones, managing cross-functional workflows, and supporting the integration of new technologies (like advanced PM tools and automation) to improve the employee experience.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Santa Monica office, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project & Program Execution: Manage the day-to-day execution of complex, cross-functional HR projects. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met for major initiatives like HRIS (e.g., Workday) implementations and Performance Management rollouts.
  • Workflow Optimization & Automation: Partner with the Director and SVP to map out current operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and assist in rolling out scalable solutions and tools (such as Airtable or other advanced PM platforms) to drive speed and precision.
  • Change Management & Communications: Support organizational change by drafting training materials, process documentation, and communication plans to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes across the Global HR team and broader business.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal business leaders, IT, Legal, and external vendors. Facilitate regular status meetings, resolve roadblocks, and keep project teams aligned.
  • Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain project dashboards and reporting frameworks to track the health, ROI, and efficiency gains of ongoing transformation initiatives. Provide regular status updates to department leadership.
  • Operational Support: Assist in standardizing methodologies, policies, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across internal departments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project/program management, business operations, or HR transformation.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing enterprise software rollouts (e.g., core HRIS platforms, Performance Management systems, or advanced Project Management tools).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple project pipelines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Jira). PMP or similar certification is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or complex processes into user-friendly documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a culture of creative problem-solving.
  • Prior experience within the music, entertainment, or media industries is a plus.
