Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues for a mix of technical and non-technical customers. You will handle tickets in Salesforce, communicate via phone and email, and grow product and SQL expertise.
This hybrid/remote role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance; work hours are 7am–7pm CST, with on-call possibilities. Travel up to 10% may be required.
