Relativity is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to proactively support customers using the Relativity platform. You will develop account plans, manage technical relationships, and guide cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and drive successful outcomes.
This remote/hybrid role requires ITIL knowledge, Relativity Certified Administrator, and travel up to 10%. Work across SaaS/IaaS environments to improve customer success and outcomes.
