MFA Oil Company is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide day-to-day first-level IT service desk support for employees, handling basic hardware, software, and account issues and escalating advanced requests.
You will troubleshoot MS Office, email, and printing problems, deploy mobile devices, travel to remote field locations for urgent installs, and participate in on-call rotation. A high school diploma + IT exposure and strong customer service are required.
