BMA is seeking a Help Desk Specialist/ Desktop Support Administrator (Tier II) to support the AMPS contract in a remote capacity. The role focuses on incident management, end-user support, and coordination with Tier 1 through 3 teams to ensure enterprise situational awareness.
The ideal candidate will hold I.T. security credentials, have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with Windows 11, Office 2013, VMware, Active Directory, and Remedy ticketing.
