Sequentur is seeking a skilled Help Desk Engineer to join our MSP Help Desk Services team. The candidate will provide remote and onsite support for clients, travel to DC Metro client sites as needed, and work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Main responsibilities include troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 platforms (Azure/SharePoint/Teams/Office 365), handling hardware/software issues, and ensuring rapid resolutions while maintaining excellent client communication.
