Senior Product Designer (Webflow) At Current

At Current,
Senior Product Designers (Webflow) lead the design and delivery of engaging digital experiences across multiple client engagements. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams across strategy, production, engineering, and client services to create thoughtful, user-centered websites that are both beautifully designed and expertly built in Webflow.

Senior Product Designers are strategic, hands‑on creators. You're equally comfortable conducting UX discovery, designing polished experiences in Figma, and building production‑ready websites in Webflow. You own projects from concept through launch, partnering with engineering only when advanced custom development or integrations are required.

What You'll Do
  • Lead UX and visual design across websites and digital experiences for multiple client engagements
  • Partner with strategy, production, engineering, and client stakeholders to define user experience and creative direction
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs in Figma
  • Design and build responsive, production‑ready websites directly in Webflow
  • Develop scalable design systems, reusable components, and CMS structures in Webflow
  • Translate business goals into intuitive, accessible, and conversion‑focused digital experiences
  • Collaborate with engineers on advanced functionality, integrations, and custom development when needed
  • Optimize websites for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and SEO
  • Conduct UX reviews and recommend improvements based on best practices and user insights
  • Stay current on UX trends, accessibility standards, and evolving Webflow capabilities
What You'll Bring
  • 5–7 years of UX/UI, Product, or Digital Design experience, ideally within an agency or consulting environment
  • 2+ years building production‑ready websites in Webflow
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and Webflow
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from UX strategy through final Webflow implementation
  • Experience building scalable Webflow websites using CMS Collections, Components, and design systems
  • Experience with Client-First methodology, Relume, and Finsweet Attributes
  • Strong understanding of UX, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and information architecture
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to partner effectively with engineers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Lottie, GSAP, or interactive animations
  • Experience integrating Webflow with Hub Spot, Member stack, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
  • Experience using analytics or A/B testing to inform design decisions
  • Familiarity with Jira, Workfront, or similar project management tools
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments
