CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks a Litigation Operations Consultant, Projects & Technology to drive complex initiatives across the legal operations function. You will oversee project portfolios, coordinate multi-team efforts, and guide process improvements in a remote-first environment.
Working under Litigation leadership, you will use PM and change-management concepts to adopt new workflows, partner with IT and business functions, and deliver actionable reports to leadership.
