Technical Project Manager at Baires Dev

• Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and timelines while maintaining clear communication.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure teams follow best practices for project delivery.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Bridge technical and business perspectives to ensure successful project outcomes.

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced level of English.
