What You’ll DoAs a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a key role within the Product team, contributing to the strategy, scalability, and performance of the Thrive Pass platform. Your work will help shape both internal and external customer experiences, drive innovation, and build operational excellence.
You will:
- Bring fresh ideas to the table. We're all about innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.
- Own and evolve the product roadmap in alignment with department strategy and company goals.
- Define and drive platform strategy, planning, delivery, and optimization by establishing and monitoring success metrics.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog with a focus on adoption, performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support product documentation, release notes, and enablement materials.

- 4-6 years of experience managing and launching software products from concept to delivery.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills supported by customer insights and product metrics.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility when prioritizing work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear action plans.
- Experience in the employee benefits, HR technology, fintech, or healthcare technology industries.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and scaling customer-facing products.
- Experience working with product analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Passion for building innovative, high-impact solutions that improve customer experiences.
