Iron Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced desktop support specialist in Johnston, RI to manage incidents and IMAC/deskside services across client sites. You will handle hardware/software lifecycle support, remote management, and security compliance for desktop devices.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in IT with Windows imaging (PXE), SCCM/Intune, AD, Bit Locker, Outlook administration, and ITIL familiarity. Bachelor's degree preferred. On-site role with vendor coordination and VIP desk support.
