Iron Edge is hiring a remote IT Support Technician to deliver front-line technical support for clients in the United States. You will troubleshoot servers and networks, dispatch to on-site sites as needed, and escalate complex issues to senior staff. Strong communication, customer service, and the ability to learn quickly are required.
The role requires passing CJIS fingerprint-based background checks and maintaining CJIS eligibility. Prior MSP experience and relevant certifications are a plus.
