Ultima Genomics is seeking a Senior Field Application Scientist for a full-time remote role with preferred locations on the east coast. You will empower customers by guiding application development and delivering expert training on our sequencing platform.
You will lead troubleshooting with internal experts, document and resolve issues, and partner with sales to deliver technical guidance across the customer journey. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.
