Agfa Health Care, a division of the Agfa-Gevaert Group, seeks a Customer Support Analyst, Tier 1 to provide remote technical support and consulting to Agfa customers and internal teams. You will log calls, document solutions, manage escalations, and stay current with product knowledge and training.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in CS or IS, with 3 years in tech customer support, familiarity with IT infrastructure, and awareness of HL7/DICOM. Travel eligibility is required.
