Agfa Health Care, a division of the Agfa-Gevaert Group, seeks a Customer Support Analyst, Tier 1, to provide remote technical support for imaging IT solutions. You will log calls, document resolutions, and coordinate with Level 2 and Development teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Candidates should have a BS in CS/IS, healthcare IT experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced remote US environment with travel as needed.
