Experience:

12+ years | BS Degree Required | Cisco CCNP Preferred Salary: $140k- $190k We are seeking a Network Engineer to support a high-impact mission with a defense client conducting vulnerability assessments on Major Weapons Systems. This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer who thrives in secure, performance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Configure, optimize, and maintain network hubs, routers, and switches
* Develop and implement network backup and disaster recovery procedures
* Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues
* Maintain and monitor network infrastructure to ensure reliability and security
* Patch network vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security protocols
* Install and configure secure network environments for vulnerability assessment teams under the Weapons CSE organization

Qualifications:

* 12+ years of network engineering experience
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (required)
* Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred
* Strong experience supporting secure, classified environments
