The Citrix Engineer at WCG will be responsible for the administration, management and support of Citrix applications to enable daily operations and continuity planning. You will build, deliver, and maintain desktop OS and application images, and train desk-side staff on VDI tasks, addressing escalated issues as needed.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years IT experience, 5+ years with Citrix Xen App/Xen Desktop, and strong AD/Windows skills. A DR testing mindset and global teamwork are essential.
