GCS Recruitment seeks an experienced Senior Fiber Engineer to support OTDR analysis, testing, and remediation across ISP/OSP environments. You will perform fiber characterization, bidirectional testing, and document findings to ensure network reliability.
Required:
5+ years in fiber optics, ISP/OSP experience, fusion splicing, and strong documentation skills. Occasional travel to customer sites will be needed. Remote work option available for a contract role.
