Birdi is seeking a Senior HRIS Administrator to be the primary technical and functional expert for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM). You will configure, optimize, and maintain Birdi’s HR technology ecosystem, ensuring data integrity and secure access.
You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and leaders to support HR operations, payroll, benefits, audits, and analytics, delivering dashboards and compliant reporting while upholding confidentiality.
