We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong understanding of SAP to join our team as a Client Delivery Manager. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing service delivery, and driving growth and transformation initiatives. The position is based in Philadelphia with remote work flexibility, and it involves supporting a major client in the technology sector.

• 5 years of experience in Client & Executive Stakeholder Management
• 5 years of experience in End-to-End Service Delivery Ownership
• 4-5 years of SAP Cloud / S/4

• 5 years of Cross-Functional Leadership & Coordination
• 5 years of Commercial Growth & Customer Success

• Own and grow the SAP ECS client relationship.
• Act as the main escalation point and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage the full engagement lifecycle (onboarding, transition, operations, offboarding).
• Drive cloud transformation and S/4
  
  HANA adoption initiatives.
• Coordinate across SAP teams, partners, and customer stakeholders.
• Identify and support business growth.
• Ensure successful service delivery, governance, reporting, and risk management.
• Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Lead innovation and strategic transformation workshops.
