Midlands and Lancashire CSU is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Service Desk, providing first-line support to NHS organisations and other public bodies across the Midlands and Lancashire. This is a hybrid role with required onsite work at Chester or Birmingham and some remote work, designed to balance service delivery with flexible working.
You will log and triage calls, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues to specialist teams while meeting agreed SLAs.
