Cyber Security Technical Leader at Baires Dev In this role, you'll protect our digital infrastructure, data, and AI-driven platforms from evolving cyber threats. Leading security initiatives across the organization, you'll design, implement, and monitor security measures to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our systems.

• Design, implement, and monitor security measures to protect digital infrastructure, data, and AI-driven platforms.
• Monitor systems, networks, and applications for suspicious activity and security incidents.
• Develop and implement security controls to prevent unauthorized access and attacks.
• Lead security initiatives and projects across the organization.
• Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of systems and data.
• Mentor and guide security team members in best practices and emerging threats.

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven experience designing and implementing security controls and measures.
• Background in monitoring systems, networks, and applications for security threats.
• Experience leading security teams or initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
