We are currently seeking a customer focused individual in Robinson Township! You will be part of a team using your experience to support our internal associates all across the United States (No travel required). Regular day shift hours and great benefits. (Overtime is sometimes required during peak times)
Key Responsibilities
· Configuring, deploying and installing desktops, laptops, thin clients and printers that are to be deployed to various sites all over the country
· May provide some remote support if there is an issue with the new device once the user receives it
· Assisting the Team Lead with current and future projects – both field and corporate sides
· 50% of projected workload will be imaging computers and loading on applicable / relevant software
· Helping both in-office corporate employees as well as remote workers
Skills and Knowledge – Configuration Support· Previous IT experience, preferred
· Ability to lift or move fifty (50) pounds occasionally (i.e., printers)
· Ability to sit / stand for long periods
· Strong problem-solving skills
Education and Experience – Configuration Support· High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
· One (1) year of relevant IT / computer experience, preferred but not required
Benefits & Pay
· $16.50 an hour starting pay
· Daytime schedule (8 AM to 5 PM)
