Presidio is seeking a Senior Engineer for Platform tooling to manage and maintain managed services monitoring platforms. You will own incidents, coordinate with peers, and document actions in Service Now, with remote work in the Continental US and 5% travel.
You should have 3–5 years in IT operations or monitoring roles, strong Logic Monitor experience, and scripting skills. Candidates with Cribl and multi-vendor experience are preferred.
