Remote Jobs is seeking a Point of Sale (POS) Onshore Lead for a contract role, fully remote in EST time zone. The position requires 7-10+ years of IT Operations or SRE and hands-on experience with POS environments, incident management, and onshore/offshore delivery models.
You will drive Tier-2/3 support for enterprise retail POS software, monitor dashboards, resolve complex hardware/software issues, and develop runbooks and automation to reduce MTTR.
