Mphasis seeks a QA specialist to test and troubleshoot the Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) and Connect, across Stable, Stage and Production environments. You will validate BIOS policies, run test scripts, and assist in root-cause analysis for customer-reported issues and 3LS escalations.
You will also document test results, share knowledge with the SFT team in Bangalore, and help set up new testing tenants and remote systems as needed.
