Location: East Helena
State Information Technology Services Division (SITSD) in Montana is seeking a Service Desk Analyst with strong customer-service skills to support enterprise applications and act as the face of SITSD for user assistance.
You will work with Microsoft applications (Outlook/Exchange, SharePoint, Office products, and Active Directory) and collaborate with SITSD bureaus to troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues while guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a call-center environment.
