Blue Cat is a Great Place to Work, and we’re seeking a Helpdesk Technician to support staff with in-person and remote IT assistance. This role, in our Corporate Services Department, reports to the Infrastructure Manager and is currently remote.
You’ll troubleshoot, track assets (Windows laptops, Mac Books, printers), install OS updates, manage accounts, and document solutions. A relevant degree, Office 365 knowledge, Windows, macOS, Linux familiarity, and strong English communication are required.
