Elevation Connect in the United States is seeking a Bilingual Tech Support Advisor (Spanish/English) to deliver Tier 1 remote technical support, troubleshoot devices, and document issues for tracking in SLAs. You will work with end users and coordinate with sales and account teams as needed.
The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, and skilled at clear communication. Training runs virtually Monday–Friday, with an hourly rate of $15.
