City of Mesquite seeks an IT Support Analyst to respond to user software/hardware issues, coordinate with IT staff, and dispatch on-site help as needed. The role manages city PC inventory, handles IT procurement, and payroll-related tasks. Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with potential remote day after probation, subject to director's approval.
Two years of user-support experience may substitute formal education; an Associate's degree or related certificate is preferred. Driver's license required.
