Are you a motivated and organized student looking for a dynamic work experience that will enhance your skills and resume? The department of Online & Graduate Enrollment at Maryville University is seeking a talented student employee to join our team and support our admissions and recruitment efforts. As a Student Employee with O&GE, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management, communication, and marketing, while contributing to the success of our graduate and online learning programs.
You'll be an integral part of our team, working on exciting projects and collaborating with professionals in the field.
- Assist with data entry tasks within our Salesforce platform, developing your technical skills and attention to detail.
- Participate in campus tours and visits for prospective students, gaining experience in customer service and communication.
- Communicate directly with prospective students via email, phone, or sms/text to answer questions, provide resources, and connect them with the appropriate staff or services.
- Support user experience testing of enrollment and communication tools, documenting feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct website content reviews ("website scrubbing") to identify outdated information, broken links, and formatting issues, ensuring a seamless and accurate user experience.
- Take on other administrative duties and special projects, expanding your skillset and knowledge.
- A current full-time undergraduate student at Maryville University with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar programs) and a willingness to learn new software and tools.
- Eligibility for Federal Work-Study or Institutional Work-Study, with availability to work during the academic year (2026 - 2027).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Position Pay: $15/hr
Hours per week: 10 hours
Start Date:

End Date: 05/02/2027
