Andromeda Technology Solutions is seeking an entry‑level L1 Support Technician to join our Chicago metro service team. You will troubleshoot common IT issues, document your work, and escalate more complex problems to L2/L3 as needed.
You’ll communicate clearly with end users and own your tickets from start to finish. Based in Lockport, IL, you’ll work in our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays while Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are remote.
