Tech Valley Talent is seeking a Salesforce QA Tester to support the NYS DOL Unemployment Insurance Call Center Salesforce instance. The QA Tester will ensure high-quality releases, verifying that call center agent workflows, case management features, and system integrations operate smoothly without disrupting live operations.
This contract role requires at least 1 year of dedicated QA/testing experience on Salesforce applications, with SIT and E2E testing, and familiarity with Copado.
