The consultant will map metrics, conduct interviews, and produce a draft framework with 15–20 indicators for outcomes and impact.
Duration is approximately 3 months with start tentative in early Q4 2026; work across GMT time zones and deliver practical, decision‑useful guidance for the MEL team.
