GovCIO is seeking an Associate Service Desk Technician - Tier I to deliver first-line IT support to Veterans and VA providers, remotely across platforms such as iOS, Android, and Windows. You will assist with device setup, login issues, app configurations, and basic hardware/software tasks.
You will document issues in Service Now, communicate clearly with users, meet performance metrics, and collaborate with a team to expand your expertise into additional queues with ongoing training.
