Maximus is hiring a Technician 1 - Help Desk Support to provide desktop and operational support across sites and remote users. You will diagnose issues, install and maintain PCs, and use remote access tools to resolve problems efficiently.
The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to follow procedures, and a customer-service mindset. It is a temporary position with CMS vetting required and a start in late August 2026.
