Insight Global is seeking a Remote Help Desk Support professional to join our IT Technology team. You will assist with incoming technical requests and provisioning tasks during downtime, delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates will have experience with ticketing systems, strong phone presence, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting. Training is 3–6 months with EST hours, and benefits start on day one.
