As a Scrum Master, you will:
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conduct risk analysis and monitor the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables.
- Analyze and document requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization.
- Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track/review vendor deliverables.
- Continually strive to keep the team motivated and take ownership of the project and productivity.
- Work with functional managers to remove impediments that hinder project progress and develop corrective action plans.
- Promote continuous communication while coaching the teams to ensure deliverables and efficiencies are in line for the overall successful delivery of all projects and work efforts.
- Motivate teams and measure work the teams are producing through a variety of metrics, as well as identify trends used to improve team’s velocity and throughput. Lead teams, including recognition/rewards, and as needed difficult conversations with team members who may need direct support and coaching (escalating where appropriate).
- Facilitate project initiation (with Product Owner / Management Teams) and standard team meetings and management retrospectives to build high performing teams and ensure team’s success.
- Vendor management including managing off shore teams and multiple vendors on a single implementation.

* The salary range for this position is $83,896-$129,201 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

- * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or Information Systems.
- * Two years of experience in any occupation supporting projects in an integrated system environment in a business analysis, project management, or systems implementation role. Implementation role must include experience serving as a coach for Agile methodologies and practices;
- * Experience managing project ROI through detailed resource tracking, cost variance management and project scope changes;
- * Experience supporting custom and third-party business applications, as well as project interdependencies and systems integrations;
- * Experience working in a complex, highly integrated environment; and Experience working in a commercial P&C insurance carrier environment.
- * Experience improving systems, evaluating system’s current state/practices and recommending modifications;
- * Project kick off/review with Product Owner/Management Teams, program increment (PI) and sprint planning;
- * Experience facilitating standard Agile team meetings and senior management retrospectives to build high performing teams and ensure team’s success;
- * Experience working in a commercial P&C insurance carrier environment.
- * Experience leading projects and function within an Agile framework;
