Within the Product Competence Center
- Bureau of Resources and Realization (PCC-BRR) of the sub-directorate of digital applications (SDAN), under the responsibility of the mission chief, you will work as a data stewart and support the service offer "ALL IN DATA" alongside the mission chief. Your missions will include:

• Providing technical expertise
• Promoting the "All in data" offer of the direction to the ministry's business directions
• Ensuring the technical maintenance of the state-of-the-art offer
• Leading the community of users of the offer
• Providing training and/or certification for users of the offer
• Ensuring the coherence of the offer and the management of licenses with the providers (establishing the business model of the offer)
• Conducting permanent technological surveillance on data science tools, data visualization, reporting
• Advising users and accompanying them in complementary offers for the exploitation of their data (AI, generative AI...)
• Advising the heads of projects of the sub-directorate in the design of the databases of their projects
• Carrying out or having carried out database audits (quality of data, integrity, conservation, compliance with standards and laws in this area...) to ensure the security of the data against internal and external threats
• Ensuring the regulatory compliance (RGS, RGPD and RGAA) of the "AID" offer

Your main objective, in conjunction with the mission chief, is to maintain an offer adapted to the needs expressed by the client business directions, which is both sustainable and evolving in line with technological advancements.

Group RIFSEEP 2 The position is full-time (38h/week) and entitles to 25 days of annual leave and 16 days of ARTT. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, committed to the digital transformation of the State and oriented towards public innovation.

This position requires solid experience in databases and data exploitation as well as in-depth knowledge of information technologies. Successful experience in this field in an operational IT structure is required (5 years of experience minimum required). Operational capabilities associated with relational qualities are essential to animate the community. Technical know-how must be accompanied by a pedagogical aptitude to make complex and strategic technical subjects understandable.

Remote work possible after probationary period. Expected duration on the position: 3 years.
