Advanced Med aesthetic Partners is seeking a Help Desk Technician to be the calm, capable voice for patients and staff when technology disrupts care. You’ll resolve issues across hardware, software, and systems to keep clinics running smoothly, including Heyday studios as they come online.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a help desk role, strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and experience with ticketing systems.
