We are seeking an experienced EHR Epic Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Epic Care Inpatient – Clinical Documentation, Secure Chat, Rover, Clinical Case Management, and Behavioral Health apps
. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers, IT teams, and stakeholders to enhance system functionality and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.

• Support Epic implementation, configuration, and maintenance for clinical applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze clinical workflows and optimize system functionality.
• Provide expertise in Epic tools
  , including Clinical Case Management, Rover, MyChart Bedside, Behavioral Health, and Epic Monitor
  .
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing workflows
  .
• Conduct system troubleshooting, integration, and security assessments.
• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and quality assurance processes
  .
• Manage project timelines, financial resources, and stakeholder expectations
  .
• Provide technical training and documentation to end-users.

• Epic Certification in Epic Care Inpatient – Clinical Documentation (Secure Chat, Rover, Case Management, Behavioral Health).
• 8+ years of experience in Epic implementation, Health IT, and application development
  .
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and security protocols
  .
• Expertise in system integration, troubleshooting, and enterprise-level IT solutions
  .
• Ability to assess user needs, develop specifications, and provide technical guidance
  .
• Strong experience in software quality assurance, testing, and project management
  .
