Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Sr. Customer Technical Support Specialist to deliver remote, 24/7 lab automation support by phone or email, diagnose hardware and software issues, and coordinate dispatch when needed.
The role follows a 4x10-hour shift pattern (Wed–Sat, 4:30 PM ET–3:00 AM ET) with on-call coverage after training and reports to the Customer Technical Support Supervisor in the CTSO team; remote work is allowed for eligible roles.
