The Associate Director of Enterprise Applications will be a strategic partner to the Senior Director of Enterprise Application sand a member of the Office of Information Technology Leadership Team. The individual will demonstrate leadership, the ability to manage enterprise projects, and be responsible for operational services by ensuring continued reliability of enterprise applications through planned maintenance and support to business users.

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications, supporting the senior director and filling in as teamleader when necessary
• Manage a small team of enterprise specialists, overseeingenterprise projects and service requests
• Oversee the planning and execution of key enterprise systems that complement our ERP, Ellucian Colleague, such as financial aid,document management, , IT ticketing, and campus portal.
• Evaluate existing technologies to maintain proper version control and patching and provide recommendations for upgrades or replacement.
• Lead efforts to maintain and improve documentation of applications, interfaces, and operational processes.
• Communicate with vendors, business users, and project manager son Enterprise Application efforts.
• Oversee testing and implementation of new functionality andsystem enhancements.
• Provide analysis of existing operational processes and workflows and recommend improvements or efficiencies.
• Develop standards and procedures for change management in Enterprise Applications.
• Provide status updates and reports to IT management on project sand operations.

• Collaborate with IT leadership in the planning and execution oftasks in the use of technology to meet both department and University goals.
• Assists with the support and development of third party andcloud-based integrations for Enterprise Applications.
• Supports efforts for cybersecurity, data protection, business continuity and disaster recovery efforts within Enterprise Applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,Business or related field.
• A minimum of five years of professional experience working with enterprise-level applications.
• A minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience or significant experience leading large scale enterprise projects withteam members and functional areas to success
• Experience with agile project management methodologies
• Candidate should exhibit knowledge and experience in the following: database management systems, enterprise applicationsecurity, SQL query, programming concepts, secure data integrationmethods,, on premise and cloud-based enterprise system architecture.

• Master's or advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• More than five years of professional experience working with enterprise-level applications in a higher education environment.
• More than two years of management/supervisory experience.
• Two years+ of management/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Ellucian Colleague and related enterprise systemsis preferred.
• Experience with Ellucian Ethos for data integration.
• Experience with Touchnet One Card  solution.
• Experience using GIT for version control.
• Experience writing data integrations between systems to helptrain team members.
• Proven track record utilizing agile project management practices to successfully manage enterprise projects to launch ontime
