- Support Dangerous Goods Management processes associated with the transportation and shipment of regulated materials
- Collaborate with business process owners and functional SMEs to translate operational and regulatory requirements into SAP functional requirements and system solutions
- Develop functional specifications, process flows, configuration documentation, business requirements, and system design documentation
- Identify functional gaps and recommend SAP-standard solutions, configuration changes, enhancements, or process improvements
- Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities associated with hazardous material data
- Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect resolution
What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting SAP functional implementations, sustainment, or modernization efforts
- Functional knowledge of hazardous materials, Dangerous Goods, regulated materials, or environmental health and safety processes within SAP
- Experience with SAP S/4
HANA and/or related SAP logistics capabilities - Understanding of material master data and its relationship to logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain processes
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating requirements into SAP functional designs and system configurations
- Experience supporting functional testing, defect management, and system implementation activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex cross-functional SAP processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop clear functional and technical documentation
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP S/4
HANA Dangerous Goods Management and/or SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) capabilities - Experience integrating HAZMAT processes with SAP TM, MM, EWM, SD, or other logistics modules
- Knowledge of hazardous material classification, labeling, packaging, storage, shipping, and transportation requirements
