Signify Technology is seeking a Help Desk / IT Support Analyst (Level 2/3) for a 6-month contract, with strong extension potential. You’ll provide Level 2 and 3 support to remote users across a distributed environment, troubleshooting complex issues and documenting root causes.
You will work with CRM platforms, VOIP/IVR, and remote desktop tools, coordinating with engineering for application-level problems. Role includes 24/7 coverage and a US remote/work hybrid in Tucson option.
