Test Support Technician - Mid to Senior Level Security Clearance

Position: Test Support Technician - Mid to Senior Level with Security Clearance
Position Summary MAG Aerospace has an opportunity for a Test Support Technician in the Aviation Security Technology Industry. The Test Support Technician supports developmental test and evaluation tasks, including test set-up, execution, and data collection at the TSA System Integration Facility in Arlington Virginia. Supported activities include observation of corrective & preventive maintenance; installations, removals, and relocations; upgrades; and deliveries.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Maintaining accurate system logs of all activity
* Observing Site Acceptance Tests, System Installations, Movement & Decommissioning
* Escorting visitors and vendors
* Test Equipment Setup
* Data Collection Requirements
* Ability to obtain and maintain a TSA suitability clearance.
* US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
* Prior experience as a DHS/TSA Transportation Security Officer Minimum years of related experience required:
* 4 - 6 years experience as a DHS/TSO Transportation Security Officer Education
* HS diploma/GED
* AA/AS or 2-year Technical School Certificate in Information Technology Physical requirements
* Must be able to stand for long periods.
* Must be able to lift fifty pounds. The projected compensation range for this position is $25 to $35 (hourly USD).
