Jr. Digital Project Manager

Are you ready to drive business impact by translating high-level marketing strategies into robust data solutions? A premier financial services leader is seeking a consultative product manager to bridge the gap between marketing stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will champion end-to-end data delivery, optimizing JIRA workflows and executing validation strategies that power enterprise initiatives.
100% remote but must be able to work CST or EST hours.

Responsibilities:

Translate complex business needs into actionable JIRA epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure seamless technical execution.

Perform SQL data research and validation within GCP Big Query to confirm pipeline accuracy and satisfy strict enterprise business rules.

Orchestrate comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee reliable, high-quality data outputs across active initiatives.

Align cross-functional stakeholders from data engineering to marketing leadership by maintaining clear roadmaps, decision logs, and status updates in Confluence.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in product delivery, business analysis, or data product management within an Agile framework.

Advanced proficiency in writing SQL queries (specifically GCP Big Query) for data exploration, testing, and system validation.

Demonstrated success acting as a strategic liaison between business teams and engineering to deliver complex data products.

Expertise with JIRA and Confluence, backed by exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
