Neumo is seeking a Service-focused Support Specialist to be the first line of contact for citizens and businesses using Neumo Cloud Records and Search. You will troubleshoot issues, guide users through the portal, and coordinate with engineering, QA and product teams to resolve problems.
This role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple support tickets, and a customer‑driven mindset. Experience in SaaS support and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
